How do I make a deposit? (web)
What is a deposit?
A deposit refers to transferring crypto from another exchange or platform to your OKX account. It is similar to a bank transfer. For example, Person A provides their bank account number to Person B, and Person B uses that account number to deposit funds into Person A’s bank account. When making a deposit, all cryptos require a deposit address. Some crypto also require an additional tag (also known as a Tag or Memo) to be filled in along with the address. When depositing, make sure that the crypto name and the network used for deposits and withdrawals are exactly the same. Currently, OKX does not support deposits of certain networks, such as USDT on the BSC network.
Please deposit only cryptos supported by OKX. If you can't find a certain token and network on the deposit page, it means this token is not supported and your assets may be lost.

Note:
Due to blockchain confirmation delays, deposits may not be credited immediately. Please be patient and wait for the confirmation process to complete.
Make sure selected crypto and network on both OKX and your withdrawal platform are the same to ensure a successful deposit. Otherwise, you'll lose your assets.
You can find the minimum amount, required confirmation numbers, and contract address on the Deposit page.
You won't receive your assets if you deposited the crypto amount less than the minimum amount.
Some crypto (for example, XRP) generates a tag/memo which is usually a string of numbers. You need to enter both the deposit address and tag/memo when you're depositing. Otherwise, you'll lose your assets. Click here to learn more about how to deposit crypto with a tag/memo.
