When depositing or withdrawing crypto, make sure the network used matches the network of the destination; otherwise, your assets may be lost.

After you submit a withdrawal request, it will go through 4 statuses: Withdrawal Requested, Pending, Withdrawing, Completed. When the withdrawal details page shows Completed, it means the assets have left the platform. You will need to contact the support team of the receiving platform or wallet to verify receipt.

There are 2 withdrawal methods on our platform:

FAQ

1. How to choose the deposit/withdrawal network?

When selecting a withdrawal network, the network used on the other exchange or wallet must match the OKX withdrawal network. For example, both should be Tron (TRC20); otherwise, assets may be lost.

2. How to perform security verification for withdrawals?

To ensure asset security, security verification must be completed before withdrawing. You can't disable or switch verification methods, please follow the prompts on the page.

If you've set up a passkey:

  • Withdrawal amount > 10,000 USDT: passkey + dual verification (phone/authenticator app + email)

  • Withdrawal amount ≤ 10,000 USDT: you can choose passkey + phone (preferred) or authenticator app, or 3FA/2FA (if only 2FA is available, only 2FA is required)

If you haven't set up a passkey:

  • Phone + authenticator app (if bound) + email

3. How is multi-factor verification performed during withdrawals?

If your phone number, email, and authenticator app are all bound, you will need to complete authenticator app and email verification during withdrawal. SMS verification can't be used in this case.

4. What if I don't receive the verification code?

If you do not receive a verification code, please refer to I haven't received the SMS code

5. Why is withdrawal verification required?

Withdrawal verification is not only a compliance requirement, but also an effective way to ensure that the operation is performed by you, preventing mistakes or unauthorized withdrawals by others.

6. How to withdraw non-tradable assets?

If you accidentally transfer non-tradable assets to your account, learn more here: What should I do if I accidentally deposit crypto that OKX doesn't support?

7. What if the withdrawal address can't be copied or pasted?

If you can't copy/paste the withdrawal address, check whether the app has permission to access the clipboard. Some devices require permission settings under Other Permissions in the app info (different device brands have different paths to access these settings; you can search for instructions specific to your device model.). Authorize and restart your device before trying again.

8. Can I withdraw in batches?

Currently, batch withdrawals are not supported.

9. Why can't I initiate a withdrawal?

The withdrawal page displays Minimum Amount, 24-hour Withdrawal Limit, and Fees. Make sure your withdrawal meets these parameters.

10. What is the withdrawal whitelist mode?

In withdrawal whitelist mode, withdrawals are allowed only to addresses in your address book. It can't be made to manually enter addresses. Enabling the whitelist mode is recommended to enhance asset security.

11. Why do some assets require a tag/memo during withdrawal?

Some assets require a tag/memo, which is usually a string of numbers. For example, for XRP, after filling in the withdrawal address, the tag must also be filled in, otherwise assets may be lost.
